Ownership at RiverCamps entitles you to full use of the RiverCamps’ RiverHouse (estimated completion date, 1st Quarter 2007) – the most unique house ever to be built on Crooked Creek and West Bay. Once complete, the RiverHouse will comprise over 25,000 square feet, including a deck, boardwalk, covered pavilions and an Outfitters Pavilion complete with a fitness center and storage facility to hold canoes, bicycles and kayaks. The RiverHouse’s main building will have a library, conference room, catering kitchen and dining area. Throughout the community, there will be an extensive system of trails and boardwalks perfect for hiking, strolling and biking.
RiverCamps is located northwest of Panama City Beach on Crooked Creek. From the intersection of U.S. 98 and State 79, travel north 5.1 miles to Bay County 388. Turn right on County 388, and proceed 2.3 miles to the entrance of RiverCamps on Crooked Creek on the right. |
