
Point Washington / Eden State Gardens The historic community of Point Washington lies North of Highway 98 on the Choctawhatchee Bay and several bayous. A busy sawmill was the center of activity around the turn of the last century, shipping lumber around the world. Eden State Gardens, with the public Wesley Mansion, is a quiet and serene place on Tucker Bayou, a welcome and shady relief from the beaches.
