The backyard features a 12x24 Heated pool, Hammock, Rainfall outdoor shower, gas grill (replaced in 2007) and two outdoor dining tables. The lush landscaping, paver walkways and outdoor lighting enhance the private courtyard.
The beautiful Emerald Coast is just a short stroll away. There is a cafe/coffee shop just around the corner on your way to the beach. Beach Access only 1/2 block away! (3-4 minute walk, approx. 125 yards) Dining, shopping, golfing, fishing,spas and night life are all within close proximity.
This classic, upscale beach house features Beautiful Brazilian cherry floors, brushed nickel fixtures and POTTERY BARN furnishings throughout. The rooms are very spacious (most 30' wide)with plenty of room to gather and then retreat to a private bedroom suite.
Any chef will be delighted to step inside the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile Stainless appliances. Cuisinart small appliances and all cooking utensils are provided.

Main house set up: There are two second floor master suites, each beautifully designed with a King size bed & queen sleeper sofa. The first suite features a four poster canopy bed, writing desk, spa inspired bathroom and private balcony. The other suite features a sweeping canopy bed with views of the pool area and attaches to full bath. The third bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds (extra twin cot in the closet). The first level offers an oversized room with two queen beds, a loveseat, armoire and s window bench overlooking the pool.
The guest cottage provides a romantic retreat with a queen sleigh bed, two twin beds, kitchenette, full bath and two sets of double french doors.
Whether you're looking to reconnect with family & friends, relax poolside or at the beach, take a bike ride on the quiet streets, or shop & dine, this house has all the amenities to provide a hassle-free, memorable week at the beach.
Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing as possible with everything you would need at the beach provided for you. These items are provided at the house for your enjoyment: bikes, wagons, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, pool towels, hairdryers, games, movies, & books.
