| In this four-bedroom, four-bath town house you will enjoy a the largest pool in Summer Place Town homes has to offer, very beautifully decorated furniture and art work surround the private town homes pool, ample parking for up to four vehicles plus a garage. Each of the four bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a "Florida" touch. There are three king-size beds each with private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two queen and two twin bed (these four beds are bunk room), and a full-size pull-out couch.
The panoramic view of the gulf is breathtaking from the fourth floor terrace (see beautiful pictures). You can also rent the town homes with a SPA on the fourth floor terrace. The granite countertop island with 6 bar stools makes a beautiful area to gather while cooking your favorite dish on our new stainless steel appliances and icemaker. The wraparound deck provides ample space to enjoy the beautiful gulf and sit back on the deck and enjoy the sunset and sunrise!!! |
