The ground floor features two bedrooms, a spacious full bathroom, laundry room, and double garage to hold all the beach gear. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin size beds. Each bedroom has a television. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, laundry sink and refrigerator which is perfect for drinks at the pool or beach.   The second floor consists of great room, dining and kitchen, and a bunk room which has a TV and a full bathroom.  The kitchen features an ocean view, granite countertops, full appliances, and an island with breakfast bar for those fast meals for the kids.  The beautiful wood dining table can expand to fit 10 people for big family meals. The large, sun-filled great room with hardwood floors, a large TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and CD player, and comfortable seating, invites you to sit, relax and visit with family.  Enjoy the balcony while reading a book, sipping a glass of wine and soaking in the ocean view.    The third floor presents a large master suite with hardwood floors, adjoining bath and a private porch for magnificent gulf views. This bedroom features a king size bed, with comfortable sitting area which is a favorite spot to read, watch TV, or just enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The master bath area includes dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate glass enclosed shower with ocean view. It also includes two closets, one of which is a walk-in.
