The third floor has a luxurious master suite with a king bed, jetted tub, large shower with a regular and handheld showerhead and incredible views of the beach and lake. The second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room, den (with a full-size, fold-down couch), full bath, laundry room and great beach and lake views from the living area and balcony. There are two additional balconies, on the second floor, which overlook a private courtyard and fountain that is shared by three homes. The first floor has another master suite with a private bath. A bedroom with a Queen and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds share a second, full bath on the first floor. Enjoy luxury with granite countertops in the kitchen, bathrooms and even in the laundry room. State-of-the art appliances and a well-equipped kitchen complete the package. Our home is located on the West end of Panama City Beach, in Laguna Beach. It is quiet, less crowded and devoid of any high-rise condominiums, but only a few minutes drive to the "action". It gives you access to the many attractions in the area without the constant traffic congestion. Water parks, cruises, parasailing, arcades, miniature golf, restaurants and many other activities are a few minutes away down Front Beach Road.
